Terms of Service

1. Scope of Service

We provide junk removal, hauling, and disposal services. You agree that all items designated for removal are authorized for disposal by you and are free of legal or hazardous restrictions unless previously disclosed.

2. Estimates & Pricing

Quotes are based on volume, labor, and disposal fees. Final pricing may change based on actual load size or work required. Any changes will be discussed with you on-site.

3. Access & Preparation

You agree to provide safe and timely access to the worksite. Items should be ready for removal unless labor services have been pre-arranged.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit card, Zelle, Venmo, and check. Non-payment may result in late fees or collections.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment may incur a $50 fee. We reserve the right to reschedule in the event of unsafe conditions or equipment issues.

6. Liability

Radius Hauling is insured. However, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage or structural issues.
• Damage caused by moving large items through tight or obstructed areas.
• Items mistakenly identified for removal if not clearly marked.

7. Donation & Disposal

We are committed to donating usable items when possible. Otherwise, materials are disposed of in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
