Can you work if I’m not home?
Yes. With access to the home and clear instructions, we can complete the cleanout and send photo updates and payment when the job is complete.

On the day of your appointment, our team will give you a call or text 15 to 30 minutes before arrival.
Do you remove furniture from upstairs or basements?
Yes. We regularly remove items from tight staircases, rowhomes, and multi-level properties.
What if my couch doesn’t fit through the door?
We assess the safest removal plan and may disassemble pieces if necessary.
What happens to furniture in good condition?
We’re committed to keeping as many items out of the landfill as possible. We prioritize donation, recycling, and reuse whenever possible.
Can I call you for one item?
Yes. Single item pickups are common and handled with the same care as larger jobs.
Do I need to sort anything before you arrive?
No. Simply show us what stays and what goes. We handle all lifting, loading, and hauling.
